Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) chicken breasts
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. boiling water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper
fresh chopped chives
Preparation

Brown chicken in nonstick skillet.
Drain off fat.
Toss chicken with 1 teaspoon paprika, then add bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water and onion.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 35 to 45 minutes, until chicken is tender.
Reduce heat and stir in 1 teaspoon paprika, salt, pepper and yogurt.
Heat well, but do not boil.
Serve garnished with chives.
Serves 4.
