Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (large), drained
    1 egg
    onion to suit taste
    1 or 2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 slices bread, cubed
    small amount milk
    salt and pepper
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain salmon; put salmon, egg, onion, parsley, lemon juice, bread, baking soda, salt and pepper in bowl and mix.
    Add milk if needed to have a meat loaf consistency.
    Place in loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour.
    Serve sliced, with White Sauce.
