Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (drained) whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix (can use Mexican corn bread mix)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese (mild Mexican Velveeta)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine, fold corn into beaten eggs.
    Add cornbread mix to egg mixture.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread sour cream over cornbread mixture and top with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Can put aluminum foil over top until last few minutes to let topping brown.
