Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. soaked, drained soy beans
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. CHICKEN-STYLE SEASONING
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. arrowroot powder or flour
    2 c. raw sliced spinach
Preparation
    Soak 1/2 to
    3/4
    cup dry soy beans in cold water overnight. Rinse
    and
    drain.
    Blend all except spinach.
    Pour in bowl and stir
    in spinach.
    Place in unbaked pie shell.
    Keep sides of crust low to prevent burning.
    Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
