3 to 4 lb. roast
1 envelope dry onion soup
1 clove garlic
Tony Chachere seasoning
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place roast on cutting board and season as desired with Tony Chachere seasoning.
Cut garlic and poke holes in roast.
Place garlic in holes.
Prepare bag by shaking 2 tablespoons flour in bag.
Place roast and onion soup in bag.
Tie and poke holes in top.
Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
