Snow Pea Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut in strips
1 c. carrots, cut in thin strips
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
8 oz. pasta, cooked
Preparation

Lightly coat nonstick skillet or wok with cooking spray.
Add snow peas, carrots, mushrooms and onions.
Stir-fry on medium heat until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add soy sauce and cooked pasta.
Toss together and heat 1 to 2 minutes until hot.
Serves 4.
