Salisbury Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    black pepper to taste
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 small bell pepper, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 soup can water
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, corn flakes, salt, pepper, catsup and bell pepper.
    Form into patties. Roll in flour.
    Brown in oil. Place in baking pan. Cover with mushroom soup, 1/2 can water and Kitchen Bouquet browning and seasoning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
