Tina'S Omelet Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or ham or sausage, cooked
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
Preparation
-
Sprinkle meat of your choice, cheese and onion in 10-inch quiche pan (greased).
Beat other ingredients until smooth and pour over cheese mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until knife comes out clean.
Can prepare the night before.
Great for overnight guests!
