Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, washed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Campbell's consomme (beef) soup
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Campbell's beef broth (bouillon) soup
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in baking dish.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0
    until rice is done and is brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.
