Simple Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 container Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Preparation

Thaw Cool Whip in refrigerator overnight.
Do not thaw at room temperature as it will adversely affect pie.
Mix thawed Cool Whip and Eagle Brand milk together.
Add lemon juice to preferred tartness.
Mixture will get very thick as lemon juice is stirred in.
Pour into crust and chill for several hours before serving.
