Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3+ c. zucchini, cut into bite size
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 onion, grated
    small jar pimentos (optional)
    1 c. cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Lightly cook and drain zucchini.
    Mix stuffing with butter. Mix all ingredients with 1/2 stuffing mixture.
    Put in casserole and top with balance of stuffing.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
