Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg white until fairly stiff but not dry. Add brown sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time. Continue beating. Add pecans.
    Drop 1/2 teaspoon on well greased cookie sheet. Will not spread. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes; cool. Store in cookie tin.
