Hamburger Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and fry.
    Drain the grease.
    Make your favorite baking powder dough. Roll out about 1/4-inch thick in rectangular or square shape. Spread hamburger mixture over all. Roll up like jelly roll. Slice in 1-inch slices.
    Put on greased pan and bake at 375\u00b0 until crust is light brown. Serve with mushroom gravy.
    I usually open a can of mushroom soup and use it as gravy.
