Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1 lb. pork sausage
    3 eggs
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook pie shell 3 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take out and pierce with fork; bake 5 minutes more.
    Cool.
    Add 3/4 cup cheese on shell; add sausage mix and rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, 30 minutes.
