Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    2 cans pimento, chopped and drained
Preparation
    Drain corn; reserve liquid.
    Toss corn with onion, pepper and pimento.
    Combine remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
    Pour over vegetables and toss.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
