Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large bag nacho chips
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook meat, garlic and onion together.
Crush 1/2 bag nacho chips (or Doritos) in bottom of large casserole dish.
Put half of meat mixture on crushed chips.
Mix soups together, put half soup mixture on top of meat.
Put one cup cheese on top of soup. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
