Beef In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless stew meat
    garlic powder
    2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen carrots
    3/4 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat lightly with garlic powder.
    Put into ovenproof casserole (large).
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Pour over meat.
    Mix well.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours, until meat is very tender.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
