Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. corn oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin seed
2 c. hot water
juice of 1 lime
2 c. pinto beans, cooked (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat in oil; add garlic and onion.
Mix together chili powder, flour, salt, pepper, oregano and cumin seed and add to meat mixture.
Add water and lime juice.
Simmer, covered, for 1 to 2 hours.
Add beans if desired.
Serve.
