German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans potatoes, sliced
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 sm. clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    salt and pepper or Natures seasoning
Preparation
    Boil potatoes 5 - 7 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add vinegar, sugar, onion, garlic, bacon drippings.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add flour to thicken, bacon bits, seasoning.
    Cook additional 5 - 10 minutes. Serves 4.
