Ingredients

2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 large (7 oz.) can coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and oil; mix well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add flavorings and coconut.
Bake in well-greased tube or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan while making sauce.
