Lemon-Basil Vegetables And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped broccoli flowerets (about 3/4 lb.)
    2 c. chopped cauliflowerets (about 3/4 lb.)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. vegetable stock
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    2 c. cooked Japanese noodles or vermicelli
    2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli flowerets, cauliflowerets, onion, 1/2 cup of stock and lemon peel, in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until cauliflowerets are crisp-tender.
    Stir in remaining stock and ingredients.
    Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender.
