Raisins Nut Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Raisin Nut Bran
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/4 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line 12 medium 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Mix cereal and milk in large bowl. Let stand until cereal is softened about 5 minutes.
Beat in oil and egg.
Mix in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 18 to 23 minutes.
Yields:
12 muffins.
