Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. Concord grapes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove and save skins from grapes.
    Put pulp into saucepan without water and cook on medium heat to separate seeds from pulp. Pour through strainer to remove seeds.
    Mix strained pulp with skins.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pastry-lined pie plate.
    Dot with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
    Cover with top crust and make slots to let steam escape.
    I brush the top crust with a little milk and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve cool or slightly warm, not hot.
    Makes a 10-inch pie.
