Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    10 to 12 corn tortillas
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
    1 egg
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 green onions
    1/4 c. black olives
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and add seasoning and tomatoes.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam and cover bottom and sides with tortillas. Pour beef mixture over tortillas; place layer of tortillas over meat mixture.
    Combine the two cheeses and egg.
    Pour over tortillas and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle rows of last 5 ingredients diagonally before serving.
