Turtles "Candy" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. whole pecans
    1 c. white syrup
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    Hershey's chocolate bars
Preparation
    Arrange pecans in clusters of 3. Cook syrup and milk to 248\u00b0. Stir to keep from scorching.
    Remove from heat.
    Put about 1 teaspoon mixture over each cluster of pecans.
    Place 1 small square of Hershey's chocolate bar over each cluster.
    When melted, smooth out chocolate.
