Microwave Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up or approximately 3 lb. legs or thighs
    cracker crumbs
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Wash chicken; drain.
    Sprinkle both sides of chicken with seasoned salt.
    Coat with cracker crumbs and put in covered casserole dish.
    Bake on High for 25 minutes.
