Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 heads fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 pt. half and half cream
    2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
    1/2 c. cornstarch, mixed with 1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix water, salt, pepper and cheese. After cheese has melted, add cream and cornstarch mixture. Then add broccoli.
