Keftethes(Greek Fried Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chopped beef (part lamb or pork)
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. moist bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    dash or oregano
    dash of garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. oil for frying
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley and mint leaves
Preparation
    Brown onions in a little oil.
    Place onions in a mixing bowl and add meat, bread crumbs, eggs and seasonings.
    Blend well and shape into desired size.
    Roll lightly in flour and fry in very hot oil.
