Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. lukewarm milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 egg
    3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; stir in egg.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Add flour.
    Stir until well blended.
    Makes 2 crusts.
