Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 onion
    2 sticks chopped celery
    2 pkg. instant chicken noodle soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    2 or 3 c. water
Preparation
    Cook rice and set aside.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Cut up onion and chop celery; add instant chicken noodle soup, water and mushrooms.
    Stir in the sausage and rice.
    Place in large casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
    Can top with Ritz cracker crumbs before baking.
