Any Day Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. hot dry mustard
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat together all ingredients except nuts.
    Shape into a ball. Roll in walnuts.
    Wrap with wax paper.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Makes one large ball.
