Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground lean hamburger
2 onions
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 small can tomato juice
Preparation

Sprinkle hamburger with salt and pepper to taste.
Chop onions and add to meat.
Brown hamburger and onions in pan.
When browned, add chili powder and tomato juice.
Put in double boiler and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
