Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice (not Minute)
    2 Tbsp. fat (can use oil)
    2 onions, cut up
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small jar pimento
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Fry the raw rice in fat until brown.
    Cook as instructed on package (not quite done).
    Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons fat (oil).
    Mix with tomatoes and peppers; add pimento.
    Add all the rice.
    Mix well.
    Season to taste.
    Place in greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
