Creamy Cheesy Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Russet potatoes
    4 heaping Tbsp. shredded cheese
    bacon bits (optional)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    light cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on size. (Don't forget to prick with fork so they won't explode.)
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out potatoes and mash with butter and enough light cream to make fluffy.
    Restuff shells and top with cheese and bacon bits.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
