Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened, crushed pineapple, drained
    3 oz. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs; add carrots, then dry ingredients, drained pineapple, coconut and nuts.
    Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan.
