Smothered Steak Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck or round steak, cut in strips
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 to 3 green peppers, diced
Preparation
    Put steak strips, flour and salt in crock-pot.
    Stir well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover.
    Cook on high 1 hour, then for 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high.
    Serve over rice.
