Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 tsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, saute ground beef, onion and garlic 4 to 6 minutes, stirring twice.
Spoon off excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, oregano and sugar.
Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring twice.
Add cream, Parmesan and cream cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Makes 3 cups.
