Dieter'S Emerald Cloud Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O
    1 (12 oz.) can diet lemon-lime soda
    1 (20 oz.) can juice-packed crushed pineapple, well drained (juice reserved)
    1 small ripe banana
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. pineapple juice (add water from reserved juice to make 1 c.)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) container lite Cool Whip, thawed
    3 drops green food coloring
    1 small angel food cake
Preparation
    Prepare Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water to dissolve; add soda pop.
    Blend 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with the ripe banana in blender.
    Add this to the Jell-O along with the remaining pineapple.
    Chill to the soft set stage.
