Juicy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 onion, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. canned milk
catsup (for topping)
Preparation

Mix meat with seasoning, crumbs, eggs, chopped vegetables and enough milk to make a moist mixture.
Pack meat loaf mixture into a loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes or until brown. Coat loaf top about halfway through baking period.
