Pecan Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or Neufchatel (room temperature)
    4 large eggs
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. soda crackers, crushed
    1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. sage
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese and eggs.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Let set to thicken.
    Form balls and bake on lightly oiled cookie sheet in 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until browned (turn after 10 to 15 minutes).
    Serves 8 to 10.
    This recipe contains 1/2 egg per serving.
