Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 2/3 c. oil
    4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
    cinnamon, sprinkled on apples
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, then add sugar and beat. Then add egg yolks, one by one. Add oil and beat. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add alternately flour mix and chopped apples. Pour batter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
