Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. Mandarin oranges
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. almonds, sliced and slivered
    2 cans chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except chow mein noodles).
    Store in refrigerator.
    Right before serving, toss in the chow mein noodles.
    Serve on bed of lettuce.
    Garnish with fruit.
