Great Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated sharp cheese
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook grits as directed on package.
    Add butter and pepper to hot grits.
    Stir to mix.
    Add 1 cup cheese.
    Add some hot grits to eggs.
    Combine eggs and grits.
    Pour into 2-quart greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Top with remaining 1 cup cheese and parsley.
    Bake additional 10 minutes.
