Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
    1 c. frozen sweet corn
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip light dressing
    1 Tbsp. chili powder (optional)
    2 c. crushed tortillas
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mexican cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown meat and drain. Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder until hot. Layer in 2-quart casserole half each of meat mixture, chips and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until thoroughly heated. Top with diced tomato, shredded lettuce and sour cream, if desired.
