Hawaiian Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak (1-inch thick)
    canned water chestnuts
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dry ginger
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cube steak or cut in strips.
    Stir into marinade and refrigerate overnight or at room temperature for 2 hours.
    Put onto skewers with water chestnuts.
    Cook on grill for 12 minutes. Baste with sauce.
