Chicken Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken thighs or small pkg. chicken cutlets
    olive oil (only olive)
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 small chopped onion
    6 to 8 cubes chicken bouillon
    black pepper to taste
    1 c. rice + 2 1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. Bijol (makes rice yellow)
    1 can sweet peas
Preparation
    Fry chicken in olive oil until browned.
    If using thighs, remove all bones and chop into bite size pieces.
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Add rice, water, Bijol, bouillon and black pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and lower heat to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add chicken and drained peas.
    Simmer 5 minutes more or until moisture is absorbed!
