Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 well beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients together.
    Combine the egg, milk and oil in a separate bowl.
    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients all at once.
    Stir quickly, just until moistened.
    Gently stir in the blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
    Makes 12.
