Vanilla Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Roast pecans in butter 15 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    Melt the cream cheese in a bowl in microwave on Medium (50%) for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Mix in sugar with beater.
    Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
