Caramel Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 box light brown sugar
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
    Combine baking powder, flour and salt and add to mix alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla and chopped nuts. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
