Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. dried apples
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. boiling water
whipped cream
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine apples, 1 1/2 cups water and lemon juice.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 10 minutes and stir in vanilla.
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in margarine with pastry blender until crumbly.
Stir in 1/2 cup water until just combined.
